We aim to ship within 2-3 days of placing the order. However, due to extra demand we are facing slight delays. As a result, some shipments destined to the US and the EU will take longer to ship.

We ship with USPS in the US, Hermes in the UK and DPD in Europe. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery.

Orders with shipping destinations outside of the US, UK and Australia are usually delivered in 14+ business days. However, due to the pandemic and limited flights some destinations are taking even longer. These destinations include some countries in South America, Middle East and South-East Asia.

All our products go through stringent quality checks before leaving the factory but exceptions do occur. If you get a damaged or incomplete set, please take a picture and email us at outlery@factory14.com.

Outlery is made in China. 

Outlery is made with SS304 which is the finest grade of stainless steel. The inner tray is made with silicone, outer box with recycled tin and all the packaging is made with recycled cardboard. 

Outlery tin measures 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.8 inches.

Outlery can be dishwashed but we highly recommend washing by hand with mild soap under tap water. Dishwashers are not energy efficient and the high temperature reduces the life of the PVD process. 

We use a process called PVD. PVD is the safest and most durable way of imparting color to stainless steel cutlery.
